Singapore’s Act to provide for a minimum retirement age for employees, for the re-employment of employees.
In accordance with the Retirement and Re-employment Act (RRA), the minimum retirement age is 62 years.
Retirement Age Act is applicable for:
- Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents.
- Joined employer before age 55.
