Seniors may be considered for the SPS if:

• Seniors are applying for a 2-room Flexi flat that is in the same town or estate, or within two kilometres of your existing flat or private property.

*For flat applications received from May 2018 sales launches: The new 2-room Flexi flat must be located within 4 km of your current flat or owner-occupied private property.

• Seniors’ parents/ married child owns or occupies a HDB flat or private property that is within the same town or estate, or within two kilometres of the flat that the senior is applying for.

*For flat applications received from May 2018 sales launches: Seniors’ parents/ married child owns or occupies a HDB flat or private property that is within the same town or estate, or within 4 kilometres of the flat that the senior is applying for.

To be eligible for this scheme, the senior will be required to fulfill the 2 Room Flexi Scheme criteria:

• Be at least 55 years old at the time of application
• The lease must be able to last you, your spouse, and all buyers to the age of 95 and above
• Your average gross monthly household income cannot exceed $12,000
